If the customer finds that he has received a defective product, we accept to arrange a replacement service due to product quality issues within 7 days after purchase. After 7 days, maintenance can also be arranged according to the product’s maintenance terms.

Rules:
- There is no refund service.

- Customers please keep the purchase receipt and all packaging and accessories.
- Hong Kong area:
- Self pick up product, customers can bring the same product to our store for replacement.
- Delivery products, we will arrange door-to-door replacement.
